Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of PayShards and to all sites in the PayShards Network. It exists to keep the platform lawful and safe.

1. Our sites and the law

The sites in the PayShards Network operate in compliance with all laws applicable to them in the jurisdictions in which they operate and serve users, including content, consumer-protection, age-verification, tax, and licensing requirements. PayShards LLC operates these sites.

2. Strictly prohibited

Shards may not be used, and no site in the PayShards Network may be used, in connection with any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors, in any form, real or simulated.
• Content or conduct illegal under applicable law, including non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking, and content depicting real, non-consenting individuals.
• Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions violations.
• Sale of illegal goods or services, including illegal weapons, unlawfully sold controlled substances, or stolen data.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the platform or other users.

3. Age and consent

Sites in our network that offer age-restricted goods or services implement appropriate age verification and ensure all parties depicted in any content are adults who have consented.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or reverse credits, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

5. Reporting

Suspected violations may be reported to [email protected]. We review reports and act as appropriate.
