Refund Policy

• Unused shards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, to the original payment method, subject to review and anti-fraud checks.
• Spent shards are not refundable once redeemed, except as provided by the refund policy applicable to that purchase on the site where it was made.
• Promotional or bonus shards are not redeemable for cash and are deducted first; only the cash-purchased portion is eligible for refund.
• Fraud and abuse: we may decline, delay, or reverse refunds where we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms.
